Booked online to gain discount plus company gives extra discount for OAP, Blue Badge holders. Having booked 8am - 1pm time slot, I did chase up for a more eta time. Customer service was prompt with call back giving a more exact time with whom to expect. Tim was early; promptly explained problem, called for price for job. Had all parts already to complete job once I confirmed I was happy with price including VAT and discounts. Tim fully went through repair has I watched, also giving advice regarding my question on whether a roller or tracking version would be suitable for my garage. Note he did not do a hard sell for his company to do job. But gave opinion and estimated market price. That is what I call good customer service.

I hadn t used the firm before but Shawn turned up when expected, explained the work necessary and I was given a price up front before anything was touched. The work was completed and my garage door now works as it should. Many thanks.
